75% of all casualties on battlefield in Ukraine are created by Drones
Next-Generation Drones for Unmatched Battlefield Superiority
TACTICAL DRONE FAMILY
SMART. MODULAR. SCALABLE.
Development in progress
A family of mission-ready drone models—built from the same modular design and scalable across sizes to match task, payload, and endurance needs.
Designed for rapid field adaptation, repeated missions, and ease of use in existing unit setups.
Common electronics and architecture simplify training, logistics, and upgrades across the fleet. 60%+ designed and developed in Sweden. The rest from EU/Nato.
Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS)
Continuous Capability Upgrades
We don't just deliver drones—we deliver capability.
Our DaaS model provides continuously evolving drone capability as a managed service, not a one-time hardware purchase. Using an agile sprint approach, we iterate with customers from MVP to fully operational, mission-ready solutions—upgrading drone platforms, components, and software based on real operational feedback.
All software, firmware, and system updates are included as part of the Drone-as-a-Service delivery, ensuring performance, security, and compliance improve over time.
Key DaaS advantages:
  • Rapid pilot programs and "flying start" DaaS deployment
  • Continuous drone model, payload, and software upgrades
  • Modular scaling and mission-specific configuration
  • Local production and assembly where possible to increase resilience
  • Reduced lifecycle cost through service-based drone operations
Use Cases
Real-World Applications
Military
Multi-mission in the frontline
In all type of combat environments, Rogue One provides soldiers with a decisive advantage. Equipped with reconnaissance optics, it scans and identifies enemy positions. Data is instantly relayed to operators, who can deploy additional Rogue One units for precision strikes or target tracking. Unlike single-use drones, Rogue One can be redeployed after mission completion, reducing logistic strain.
Military
Minesweeping & Demining
Minefields remain one of the most dangerous threats for advancing troops and civilians alike. Rogue One, equipped with modular ground-penetrating radar, scans terrain for anomalies that signal buried explosives. Once identified, specialized drones deliver charges to clear paths without endangering personnel. The system provides fast, repeatable operations and minimizes human exposure.
Emergency Services
Industrial Fire Response
When a large-scale fire breaks out at an industrial site, situational awareness is critical. A Rogue One equipped with thermal imaging provides live heat maps of the blaze, detecting hidden hotspots and tracking the fire's spread. The data feeds directly thereby helping leaders allocate resources effectively. This reduces response time, increases firefighter safety, and limits damage to critical infrastructure.
Police
Rapid Response & Safe Intervention
Every police unit can benefit from having an advanced drone as part of their standard equipment. With Rogue One stored in patrol vehicles, officers can quickly launch it to search for missing persons – whether voluntarily or involuntarily disappeared – in both urban and rural environments. Before carrying out an intervention, the drone can provide live situational awareness, reducing risks for officers and civilians alike.
Energy Sector
Infrastructure Inspection
Energy companies managing power lines, pipelines, or wind farms face constant monitoring challenges. Rogue One can be rapidly deployed with specialized cameras or sensors to inspect infrastructure in difficult-to-reach areas. By replacing risky manual inspections, Rogue One reduces downtime and enhances worker safety. The result is cost savings and improved resilience of critical national infrastructure.
Private Security
Perimeter Surveillance
Security firms protecting large facilities, ports, or industrial sites need flexible surveillance tools. Rogue One offers persistent monitoring, day or night, detecting intrusions or suspicious movement. Unlike static cameras, it can be repositioned instantly to cover new blind spots or follow moving threats. The rugged design allows for use in harsh weather and demanding environments.
NGOs & Humanitarian Relief
Crisis Zone Support
In conflict or disaster zones, humanitarian organizations require safe, real-time information before entering dangerous areas. Rogue One provides aerial reconnaissance of damaged infrastructure, blocked roads, or hostile activity. It can carry lightweight aid payloads or communication relays to support teams in the field. With modular sensors, the same system can be used for search-and-rescue one day and supply drops the next.

WHO WE ARE

Our Story

Sweden Dynamics was founded by officers and soldiers from elite ranger units in the Swedish Armed Forces. Throughout years of service, we have experienced firsthand what it means to be the end user in demanding and complex environments. Over time, we also realized that a critical capability was missing.

Instead of waiting for a solution, we took matters into our own hands. Drawing on our operational experience, we established Sweden Dynamics early 2025 with a clear mission: to close an urgent capability gap for military units like our own – in the shortest possible time and at the lowest possible cost.

That mission continues to guide us today, as we develop advanced drone systems designed for real-world operations and the people who rely on them.

Our Mission

To deliver resilient, modular drone capabilities – accessible when and where they are needed most, supporting armed forces, emergency responders, and critical infrastructure.

Our Team

Behind Sweden Dynamics stands a highly qualified team with backgrounds from the Swedish Armed Forces, the defence industry, FMV (Swedish Defence Materiel Administration), and the Ministry of Defence – combined with decades of experience in entrepreneurship and commercialization.

Governance

Sweden Dynamics is governed by a leadership team that combines operational, technical, and business expertise.
